In the spring of 2020, I was a 15-year-old kid living in a world turned upside down by a global pandemic. School had moved online, and I was challenged to find the motivation to keep growing and to be the best version of myself in this new reality. Life looked different than I had ever known it, and it was during this time that Here Every Day was born—not as a brand or business but as a commitment to showing up every day, no matter what. It all began with a simple goal: to improve at basketball by practicing daily.
As days turned into weeks and then months—100, 101, 102—I learned a lesson that would shape the rest of my life. Showing up consistently, whether it was sunny or snowing, became a powerful reminder of the value of being present, reflecting on my progress, and staying true to my efforts, regardless of the outcome. This experience taught me that growth isn't always a straight line. It’s about persistence, being present in the journey, and embracing who you are at each step. That realization was the seed for Here Every Day, which has since grown into a brand, a movement, and a mission-driven summer camp.
